Frequently asked
Do I need to rebuild my store?
No. RiteModus attaches to the store you already run. On Shopify you connect the app, on WordPress you install a plugin, and on headless or mobile you call our API or embed our hosted widget.
What data do you store about my shoppers?
As little as possible. Product, price and stock data is read live from your store at the moment of a request and then discarded — we do not keep a copy of your catalogue, orders or customer records. Chat memory is opt-in, tied to a single store, and can be erased on request. See our Privacy Policy.
Can the AI invent claims about my products?
Agents are constrained to the facts they are given — your catalogue data, your policies and details you confirm yourself. Generated content is presented for your review before it is published to your storefront.
Who processes my payment?
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Your invoice and any applicable tax comes from Paddle, and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then stops. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
